This book is all the typed up notes from January 1995 on Something called The Jamaican Project. The front cover had a logo on it and says Pacific Western University. It also says The Jamaican Project Kenneth M. Lampert, PhD. It is about "It seems clear that if our social and economic goals are to be met and hence, if our programmes for economic development are to succeed, immediate steps will have to be taken to ensure that the level of skills is improved and the number of unemployed young person's is significantly reduced." Written in the front by The Rt. Honorable Edward Seaga, Prime Minister and Minister of Finance Budget Speech April 1982. The first chapter gives the project summary, rational and approach. Then the chapters are labeled: Background, How Computer-based education works, Unified Curriculum Implementation Plan, Ministry of Youth & Community, Ministry of Agriculture Plan, Ministry of Education Plan, Evaluation, Pricing. It is in very good condition
